Tsungling is mainly providing the goods for ETCHING, THIN-FILM, CMP, and DIFFUSION Department. Beside the consuming parts, we provide refurbish service for the equipment.

主要產品供應於ETCH、THIN FILM、CMP、DIFFUSION等部門，除了一般耗材零件供應外，還提供特殊零件的二度處理服務，讓資源使用能夠更徹底同時，達到成本控制目標。
